Apple fans which was posted on social media. In the advertisement, boAt showcased
comparing its EarPods with Apple's AirPods, which has led to criticism from
Apple users.

The advertisement features a
juxtaposition of an Apple and boAt's earbuds, accompanied by a modified
version of Apple's iconic tagline, "Think Different," altered to
"Think Better." Below the image, the slogan urges consumers to
"Don't be a fanboy, be a boathead," advocating for boAt's products
over Apple's.
boAt claims superiority in
bass, Active Noise Cancellation (ANC), and battery life over Apple's AirPods in
the advertisement, specifically highlighting its Airopes true wireless earbuds
series (TWS). Additionally, boAt emphasizes its competitive pricing, starting
from Rs 899, in contrast to Apple's second-generation AirPods priced at Rs
12,900.

The advertisement has generated over 60,000 views on social media
platforms, eliciting widespread criticism from users. Many have condemned
boAt's advertisement as misleading and expressed disappointment. Numerous users
have taken to sharing memes and mocking the advertisement.
In response to the backlash, boAt issued an apology to one user
and offered assistance. However, the controversy surrounding the advertisement
persists, with users continuing to express discontent and skepticism towards
boAt's claims.
